The DOPS 2020 conference will be held at the Honig Complex, an old factory just outside of the city center of Nijmegen. The factory was operational until 2012 and produced well-known food items such as stock cubes and sauces. The room in which the DOPS 2020 conference takes place is called “the Bouillon”, and was used to make these stock cubes. Currently, the Honigfabriek is a cultural center that provides young and innovative companies a place to start their business.
